Socio-analyst, trainer, and Organizational Development consultant. He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Information Engineering from the University of Udine. He has completed a Master’s in “Trainer Training” and a Master’s in “Psycho-socioanalysis”.
He has been a founding member and president of FORMA DEL TEMPO s.r.l since 1996. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Apaform, a qualified EQF7 managerial trainer (Apaform) and a certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance).
He is a keynote speaker on topics related to Open Leadership and the Development of Open Organizations, and co-author of the Open Leadership Manifesto.
He has authored articles and books. His recent works include “Città dei capi” (IPSOA, 2014) and “Coaching: come trasformare individui e organizzazioni” (IPSOA, 2015). He also wrote “Nudge Solutions Program” (Guerini, 2022).
He is passionate about ancient civilizations and cinema, with experience in filmmaking.
