Psychoanalyst, Entrepreneur, Consultant. He is President of Forma del Tempo srl and member of Ariele, the Italian Association of Psychosocioanalysis. For twenty years he has been providing training and consultancy services to large banks, multinationals and family businesses on leadership, change management and organisational development. He has published essays and books on managerial issues. Since 2009 he has founded and coordinated the study group and the blog Leaderlessorg. He is a keynote speaker on the themes of managerial evolution and open organization. He edited the volumes ‘Capi di buona speranza’, Guerini, 2007, Città dei Capi, Ipsoa, 2014, Coaching: how to transform individuals and organizations, Ipsoa, 2015.
