Giulia Baroni is Teacher and Tutor in People Management courses at Bologna Business School, Teacher of People Management in the Second Degree of Management Engineer at the University of Bologna and she is Co-Founder of TEAMX – Intelligence for Team Performance. She is a Management Engineer, graduated at the University of Bologna.
From 2017 on, she has joined the team TEAMX, the emotionally and artificially intelligent tool that helps teams achieve results thanks to a scientific approach that eases changes and improves strategic decisions. From 2018 on, she has been working as a Teaching Tutor at Bologna Business School in People management courses inside the following Master: MBA Part-Time Weekend and Night, General Management, International Executive MBA – Leadership in Digital Age, Executive Master in Supply Chain & Operations and Hybrid MBA. From 2020 on, Giulia is Teaching Tutor in the course People Management inside the second degree career of Management Engineer at the University of Bologna. She is working as individual and team coach in several projects, where she helps people to deeply understand themselves and make some changes through Emotional Intelligence reports. Some organizations she has been working with: Almacube, Barilla, CINECA, CSQA, Schneider Electric, Six Seconds, TeamSystem. She’s joined the European Center for Team Emotional Intelligence in 2023.
