Laura Amadesi acts as Director of BIP-Business Integration Partners. At BBS she is Professor of the Global Strategy course – MBA Part-time Weekend program. Professional activities and knowledge particularly focused on Strategy, redefinition of business models, Budgeting and Business Planning, Organization and change management, M&A, digital transformation – mainly in the manufacturing sector. After 5 years of consulting at Bain&Company Italy, she has covered managerial roles in different Companies (from Marketing and Development Director to Spanish branch CEO) and then she founded MeA Consulting in 2008, part of the BIP Group from 2019. Participation as non-Executive Director in various Boards: from March 2020 to today in D-Orbit spa, from 2015 to 2020 in Interporto Bologna, from 2012 to 2017 in TBS spa. Professor at the University of Bologna of various courses since 2001: Business Strategy, Marketing, Business Laboratory, Management Consulting. Graduated in Electronic Engineering with Honors in 1994, MBA Profingest (now BBS) in 1995. In love with the Sea.
