Italy Managing Director Antexis Strategies - Tinexta Group Extended Faculty
Laura Amadesi is now Managing Director of Antexis Strategies – Tinexta Group. Previously Director of BIP-Business Integration Partners. Graduated in Electronic Engineering with honours in 1994, MBA Profingest (today BBS) in 1995.
After 5 years of consultancy in Bain&Company Italy, she had a managerial career in various companies (from Marketing and Development Director to CEO of Spanish subsidiaries) and then founded the company MeA Consulting in 2008, which became part of the BIP Group in 2019.Participation as non-executive in various Boards: from March 2020 to date in D-Orbit spa, from 2015 to 2020 in Interporto Bologna, from 2012 to 2017 in TBS spa.
Since 2001 he has taught various courses at the University of Bologna, including Business Strategy, Marketing, Business Laboratory, Management Consulting. At Bologna Business School he teaches the Global Strategy course as part of the MBA Part-time Weekend programme.
Professional activities and skills particularly focused on Strategy, redefinition of business models, Budgeting and Business Planning, Organisation and change management, M&A, digital transformation, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
