In the magnificent New Campus BBS, the latest edition of the Executive MBA at Bologna Business School has officially begun with a Kick Off event designed to introduce participants to the program’s key themes and outline the educational roadmap for the coming months.
Professor Andrea Lipparini, Full Professor of Strategy at the University of Bologna, Scientific Director of the Executive MBA, and Associate Dean MBAs at Bologna Business School, led the first Global Strategy session, offering a broad and detailed perspective on the competitive challenges within the international arena. In the second part of the day, the analysis of real business cases and the interactive approach further stimulated discussion among participants on innovative methodologies and strategic tools.
A notable contribution came from Alec Ross, Distinguished Professor at Bologna Business School, who shed light on the defining features of the New Economy in the Trump era, emphasizing new economic and technological paradigms and their global impact.
A fascinating tour of Villa Guastavillani, guided by Anna Brini, then allowed participants to discover BBS’s historic headquarters, which—together with the New Campus—perfectly represents the blend of heritage and future.
This Kick Off sets the stage for an intensive year and reaffirms the commitment of Bologna Business School as a School for the new millennium, ready to support the ongoing education of leaders capable of successfully meeting international challenges and shaping sustainable, innovative growth strategies.
