On Friday, September 27, 2024, the warm-up event for the 11th edition of the Executive Master in Sales and Marketing at Bologna Business School took place.
The event, held at the New Campus on Via degli Scalini, provided participants with an introduction to the key themes of the Master’s program and a valuable networking opportunity.
The day began with opening remarks from the program’s Directors, Fabio Ancarani and Roberta Gabrielli, who highlighted the significance of this program for professionals in the field.
“We are delighted to inaugurate the 11th edition of the Executive Master in Sales and Marketing,” said Roberta Gabrielli. “This program offers participants a unique opportunity to combine theoretical and practical knowledge that meets the demands of today’s market. The ability to work in teams, supported by a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence, is essential for tackling the challenges of the modern corporate world. Together, we are shaping the leaders of tomorrow in the fields of sales and marketing.”
The Executive Master in Sales and Marketing enables participants to develop an integrated vision of the activities within these two corporate functions. These two pillars strengthen the strategic capabilities in the operational management of processes and the levers of sales and marketing management, addressing various issues, from structuring and organizing the sales force to developing team members.
Marketing management is one of the main drivers of a company’s success, not only through effective promotional campaigns but also by defining target audiences and buyer personas to position products or services on the market in terms of pricing and sales channels. On the other hand, Sales Management focuses on the critical topics for organizing and managing commercial networks, equipping managers with the tools to lead an increasingly skilled and motivated sales force.
The morning concluded with a Team Fusion activity aimed at promoting cohesion and collaboration among participants, once again under the guidance of Roberta Gabrielli. Furthermore, Massimiliano Ghini emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence in marketing teams, highlighting the expectations and challenges that leaders must face in an ever-changing corporate environment.
The Executive Master in Sales and Marketing at Bologna Business School stands out as one of the most relevant educational experiences for professionals in the field, offering a blend of theoretical and practical skills tailored to the market’s needs.
