The Program

The Executive Master in Food Innovation and Regeneration is a unique part-time hybrid program jointly developed by BBS and Future Food Institute, an inclusive network, and platform that is making exponential positive change through education and innovation in global food systems.

This program is specifically designed for forward-thinking R&D managers, innovation managers, consultants, and visionary entrepreneurs as well as professionals seeking accelerated professional growth in the industry from a global perspective.

The aim of the program is to provide participants with a systemic vision of innovation in the food industry and the competencies to lead transformative change and disruptive innovation.

Through the program participants will:

– develop a new mindset of regeneration, foresight and prosperity thinking
– be able to develop innovative business models
– be able to introduce and communicate properly disruptive innovation in their companies
– acquire managerial competencies and tools needed to launch successful innovations

The program provides a range of resources, including techniques for generating and promoting innovation, as well as business strategies for effectively managing and implementing innovation within food companies, helping to face social and environmental challenges, sustainability imperatives, and Industry 4.0 integration.

With its hybrid format, blending online weekly sessions with two in-person Smart Weeks, this program strikes the perfect balance between work, family commitments, and study. In addition to the immersive on-campus experiences held in the Food Valley and the Living Lab in Pollica (Cilento), participants will also have the exciting opportunity to take part in an International Boot Camp, held in captivating locations such as the USA, Portugal, or Japan.
