We live in a “VUCA” world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). From Design Thinking to Agile Methodology, from Big Data Analysis to Open Innovation, from Internet of Things to Digital Supply Chain, from Augmented Reality to Neurosciences: what do you need in order to lead and manage Business Innovation? Which are the key skills in order to updated business models, customer experiences and last but not least, products and services? What role does interdisciplinarity play in project management?
The exponential changes of our time increase the skills supply and demand gap, for this reason companies need to bet on transversal profiles able also to enhance networking abilities and opportunities. Starting from this assumption, we will discuss the key skills managers should be looking for in order to become Innovation Managers.
