Bologna Business School and the High School for Legal Studies of Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna organize a meeting on the topic of recent changes in the labor law of the European Union. The seminar, which will be held at Villa Guastavillani, will be introduced by Alberto Pizzoferrato, Director of the Master in Labor Law, University of Bologna, and Gabriele Morandin, Director of the Master in HR & Organization, Bologna Business School.
The seminar Recent developments in the European Labor Law will focus on current trends, with particular attention to the latest updates from European legislative and jurisprudential bodies in the field of fundamental social rights, detached workers, fixed-term contracts and anti-discrimination policies.
Some of the best known European experts on social issues will speak during the meeting to provide an updated picture of what is happening at European level.
