The online talk of Pierluigi Viale, Director of the Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences of the University of Bologna and Director of the Infectious Diseases Department of the Policlinico Sant’Orsola, is scheduled for Monday, July 20, at 6.30 pm.

At the center of the meeting, the managerial management of the COVID-19 emergency in Emilia Romagna: “We did what needed to be done: shut ourselves up at home. But it will not be enough to defeat the coronavirus” , he said in a recent interview with TG3.

For Viale, in fact, after the period of isolation, it becomes necessary to reorganize our lives to live with a new virus, particularly resistant and contagious. “Redesigning public health, changing the methods of social interaction, educating our children differently” are some of the aspects that the doctor has emphasized in order to resume living and producing, through the adoption of an optimal health system and measures that guarantee everyone’s safety.
