On Tuesday, July 20, at 5:30 pm, We will host the event Digita Leadership.

We live in a “VUCA” world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). From Design Thinking to Agile Methodology, from Internet of Things to Digital Supply Chain, from Big Data Analysis to Augmented Reality. What key skills we should focus on in order to update and upgrade organizational models and improve the employee experience in dynamic contexts? What role does interdesciplinarity play to manage teams?

Exponential developments of our time increase the gap between skills demand and supply and in order to close it, organizations should leverage on Open Innovation. However, new organizational development models digital empowered, can trigger mentoring and reverse-mentoring opportunities thus enabling new processes of digital value creation.
