Marta Testi, co-founder of ELITE in 2012, has been CEO of ELITE, part of Euronext Group, since October 2020. She joined the Italian Stock Exchange in 2003 and 2007, following the merger with the London Stock Exchange, and held the position of Project Manager within the project to import AIM to Italy. In 2009 he became Head of Partnership Continental Europe – Primary Markets of the London Stock Exchange Group. In 2016, when the ELITE project became a company, she became responsible for ELITE for Italy and Continental Europe, adding since 2018 the role of Head of Product Management. From April 2021, ELITE, part of the Italian Stock Exchange Group, joins Euronext Group. Before joining the Italian Stock Exchange, she gained several experiences in finance and insurance following her degree in Political Science at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
