For its first edition, the AIDP Award for Bar-raisers is the award established for the Master in Human Resources & Organization of Bologna Business School in order to highlight the international students’ projects.
During the Program we have organized team projects in partnership with Gruppo Emilia Romagna di AIDP – Associazione Italiana Direzione Personale.
The companies that took part in this year’s initiative are: Aeroporto di Bologna, Bonfiglioli, Crif, Emerson and Kohler.
A commission, composed by 5 managers, AIDP Associates, will award the group which has realized the best team project.
The prize? 3 day – full immersion in the European Offices of a company situated in the Emilia-Romagna region.
