Bologna Business School bases its educational excellence on a Faculty composed of highly qualified national and international academics and executives capable of transmitting to Global MBA students theoretical and practical experience.

At BBS, the Global MBA Faculty is formed by internationally renowned names.

Alec Ross, advisor to the Obama administration and Distinguished Adjunct Professor at Bologna Business School.

Alon Wolf, founder and director of the Biorobotics and Biomechanics Lab at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, full professor of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering and head of the Biorobotics and Biomechanics LABTechnion. Visiting Professor in BBS.

Laura Toschi, management engineer, Research Fellow at the Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex (SPRU) (2011-2013) and Visiting Professor at the University of Queensland (2017) and Queensland University of Technology (2020). She is Lecturer in entrepreneurial finance and innovation management courses. She has published her research in prestigious academic journals such as International Small Business Journal, Industrial and Corporate Change, Technological Forecasting and Social Change. She is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at UniBo, Deputy Director of the Executive Master in Technology & Innovation Management and Professor in Business Planning for BBS Global MBA.

Georg Wernicke, Professor of Corporate Strategy and Policy at HEC Paris, published in several academic journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science. Visiting Professor in BBS.

Distinguished guests, and leading players in international culture, politics and business, such as Erich Schmidt, former CEO of Google, to whom the University of Bologna conferred the Laurea ad Honorem during the BBS 20-21 Graduation Day, are one of the benefits of the Bologna Business School’s curricula, which relies on the strategic guidance of an International Advisory Board and the daily work of heterogeneous teams, made up of academics, professionals, and leaders of the global socioeconomic scenario.
