9 July 2020

Alumna of the Master in HR & Organization, Claudia Francesca Intiso could explore the field of human resources thanks to the BBS path that led her to specialize as HR Business Partner, a role she currently holds at Zalando headquarters in Berlin.

What is your professional path?

After graduating in Psychological Sciences and Techniques at the University of Bologna, I decided to deepen my knowledge in the field of human resources thanks to the path offered by BBS which offered me the opportunity to explore the role of the HR Business Partner: initially I did an internship with an Italian company, then I joined a multinational as Junior HR Business Partner.

Why did you decide to continue training and how did you choose BBS?

I decided to continue my university education after a short post-graduate experience. I felt the need to strengthen my training and my knowledge with targeted studies in the area of human resources. After a careful and in-depth search for a suitable course of study for me, I thought that the Master in HR & Organization at Bologna Business School could fully respond to what I was looking for. The international environment, the professional network and a course of study in English were among the key points that affected my choice.

What do you think are the strong points of the Master?

Undoubtedly, the network with the various partners and the privileged access to companies that the master offers are the key success factor of this study path. The international component of colleagues, events, conferences and professors also contributed greatly to my development both as a person and as a professional.

Short and long term goals?

At the beginning of 2020, I moved to Germany to test myself in an extremely dynamic, highly diversified and international environment. In this reality, I found an exciting and nothing short of extraordinary context, which stimulates passion, expression and growth in me. It is difficult to predict what the future holds, but surely I have found a path that excites me and on which I would like to continue.

What would you recommend to a future BBS student?

Be the architect of your way. BBS certainly provides the tools, opportunities and support needed to be successful, both during and after your studies. However, it’s up to you to show passion and be proactive to make the most of its benefits.
