After graduating in Psychology, Ilaria Sutti furthered her education in Marketing and Communication, later specializing in Project Management and EU Project Design. She has managed a range of projects in the performing arts and music sectors, collaborating with artists and media outlets in roles such as Content Editor, Press Officer, and Communication Specialist. Her most recent position was as Junior Event Manager at the Bologna office of an international corporate company.

She joined the BBS team in 2025.
