Pierangela Di Fazio joined Bologna Business School in 2025 as a Program Manager in the MBA area. Previously, she served as Head of Funded Training for Emilia-Romagna at an accredited training institution, successfully managing educational projects and partnerships with companies. She has gained international experience in the consulting and luxury automotive sectors, working in training, internal communication, employer branding, and organizational development. She holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Bologna and has deepened her expertise in HR through training programs focused on human capital management and digital transformation. Passionate about ethology, Pierangela adopts an intersectional and systemic approach to education, fostering inclusive learning environments that are mindful of the complexity of relational dynamics.
