Twenty years of experience in industrial management in Italian and international contexts in plant and business unit management.

Passionate about Lean Transformation and Innovation, he has implemented numerous continuous improvement projects both in the Operation area and in the offices.

Since 2020 he has held the role of Management Consultant and Lean coach in improvement projects in various sectors: Automotive, Manufacturing, Services, Food, Biotech, Digital, PA supporting the growth of project teams and the realisation of strategic objectives, efficient processes and innovative and sustainable products
