In an era where artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping business—from crafting narratives with the fluency of top executives to reimagining decision-making at scale—understanding how to lead within this transformation has never been more critical. In this talk, Ari Wallach will explore three pivotal themes that forward-looking leaders must consider today: how AI is evolving from tool to co-pilot, the shift from automation to entrepreneurial imagination, and the ethical and geopolitical dimensions that will define tomorrow’s competitive landscape. Drawing on deep experience in leadership and innovation, Ari will share insights on what it means to guide organizations in a world where human purpose and machine intelligence must work together.

Ari Wallach is a futurist, strategist, and author of Longpath: Becoming the Great Ancestors Our Future Needs (HarperCollins, 2022). He is the founder of Longpath Labs and co-founder of Futurific Studios, working at the intersection of culture, technology, and long-term thinking. His work has been featured in the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, and CNN, and he advises global leaders on innovation and purpose-driven strategy.
