On Friday, October 17, at 6:00 PM, at the BBS New Campus, the first BBS Leadership Talk of the 2025/26 season will take place, featuring Emanuele Orsini, President of Confindustria, in conversation with Barbara Carfagna, RAI anchorwoman.

Emanuele Orsini is President of Confindustria for the 2024–2028 term. A second-generation entrepreneur, he leads Sistem Costruzioni Srl, a company at the forefront of timber construction and industrial logistics, where he has served as CEO since 2014. He is also President of Tino Prosciutti S.p.A., a historic Parma-based firm in the food sector, and of Maranello Residence Srl, a real estate project dedicated to the Ferrari world.

Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions within the Confindustria system, including President of Assolegno since 2013 and President of FederlegnoArredo since 2017. He has promoted a collaborative and forward-looking model of representation, focusing on sustainability and internationalization. Among the most significant initiatives under his leadership are the reconstruction of the kindergarten in Finale Emilia, which was destroyed by the 2012 earthquake, and the establishment of the ITS Rosario Messina Foundation headquarters, now a key training center for design and furniture.

From 2020, he served as Vice President of Confindustria with responsibility for Credit, Finance, and Taxation, contributing to the design of economic support measures for businesses during the pandemic. He was also President of UniCredit Leasing from 2018 to 2021 and, in 2018, was awarded a Certificate of Environmental Merit by the Ministry of the Environment for sustainable construction projects carried out in Central Italy.

With a constant focus on innovation and the future of the Italian industry, Emanuele Orsini now leads Confindustria, aiming to strengthen business competitiveness and promote sustainable, shared growth for the country.
