Master’s Degree in Sociology and Social Research from the University of Bologna and an Executive Master in Human Resources Management. From 2014 she worked for 5 years in GrandVision Italy, a multinational retail company, as HR Development Specialist dealing with HR selection, training and development. She then worked for 2 years in consulting companies as Cluster Coordinator & Talent Acquisition Specialist coordinating and implementing training and development processes for Human Resources.
She has been working at Bologna Business School since 2020 and currently holds the position of People Development Manager.
