Marika Visentin is a prominent figure in the fields of business strategy and digital marketing. Since joining Macron in 2023, she has led innovation projects and successfully developed B2B and B2B2C eCommerce solutions, achieving double-digit year-over-year growth.
Throughout her career, Marika has held roles of increasing responsibility. She served as EMEA Head of Demand Generation in a leading cloud SaaS organization and as Global Marketing Campaign Manager at Talkwalker (now Hootsuite, Luxembourg), where she empowered demand generation via inbound marketing methodologies. Additionally, she has held the position of Global Digital Marketing Leader for ABB and Coesia, developing multi-business digital strategies with global reach.
Her areas of expertise include business strategy, digital marketing, and growth hacking, with a strong focus on innovation and data analysis. Since 2015, Marika has been a lecturer at Bologna Business School, where she has taught Customer Value Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Web Analytics.
Marika holds a double degree in Management and Marketing from Università di Bologna and Reims Management School (now NEOMA, France) obtained in 2012, as well as a Master in Finance from Sole24Ore.

The course is organized in order to provide students with the possibility to learn by actively applying the tools learnt in class to concrete cases. Due to its practical nature, the course will enable students to learn about the tools to be used in order to generate, nurture, and maintain over time the relationship with the customer.
