On Wednesday, October 8th at 6:00 PM, the Open Lesson Beyond ChatGPT: The Data Competence That Makes AI Work will take place via Microsoft Teams.

GenAI promises to radically transform business models, but the reality is more complex than the hype suggests. In this lesson, we will explore why the real competitive advantage lies not in the tool itself, but in the ability to access, manipulate, and process data, and to skillfully and thoughtfully guide systems like Large Language Models.

Participants will have the opportunity to delve into the risks arising from superficial use of AI—from loss of data control to the creation of unreliable solutions—and explore approaches such as RAG, guardrails, and data governance, which are now essential to reap the promised benefits of the market.
