The value of concreteness: the closing event of the Master in Business Management

30 July 2025

On Monday, July 28, the final day of the Professional Master in Business Management took place. It was a moment of synthesis and recognition of the learning journey, during which participants presented their project works, demonstrating interdisciplinary skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and teamwork capabilities.

The seven finalist teamsStressless AI, Harmonia, Ristodrama, Breathe, Etherna, Sensora, and Pawsense – presented their projects before a jury composed of professionals from the worlds of business, innovation, and the startup ecosystem. Among the jurors were Massimo Giacchino, author and consultant; Nicole Monti from Almacube; Vittoria Sanpietro from MUG; Ronnie Garattoni, Head of Innovation at Fermotech; Luca Battistelli, Innovation Manager at IRCCS; Sabrina Bianchi from BPER Banca; and Roberto Barberis, Manager and Advisor for StartupItalia.

The €2,000 prize for the best entrepreneurial project, sponsored by BPER Banca, was awarded to the Harmonia team, which best succeeded in combining strategic vision with operational sustainability. For the first time, a special recognition was also introduced: the “Best Project for Humanity” award, voted by all Master participants. This symbolic prize, presented by a representative from Medtronic, was designed to acknowledge projects committed to generating a positive social impact. The Harmonia team was also awarded this recognition, standing out on both fronts.

The winning project was developed within the Life Sciences and Medtech track and was created by Agnes Mathilda Manberger, Valentina María Mora, Elena Mozzoni, and Michele Tufariello, who successfully translated specialized knowledge and social awareness into a concrete entrepreneurial idea with high transformative potential.

The day marked not only the conclusion of an intensive and demanding journey but also the beginning of a new phase—one in which participants will carry forward the value of a unique educational experience, shaped in an environment where academia and business engage in constant dialogue with the local territory.

“At StartupItalia, we deeply believe in this ecosystem,” commented Barberis. “We are here to help you tell your story, to give visibility to your vision, and to grow together. Because Italy needs your ideas—and it needs you to believe in them, fully.”
