ccounting is the language of business. Managers, directors, and entrepreneurs often encounter accounting terms like “EBITDA,” “Financial Leverage,” and “Net Financial Position,” but may only partially understand them. This can limit effective decision-making and communication within a company.
This course helps managers and entrepreneurs without an administrative background grasp essential accounting and financial concepts. You will learn how to interpret financial statements, understand performance drivers, and make financially sound strategic decisions.
The course includes 39 hours of lessons over 8 sessions in a blended format—some exclusively online (Tuesday evenings) and others both online and in-person (Friday mornings and afternoons). The first online lesson on Thursday, 18 September, is open to prospects so they can experience the course quality.
The approach is highly practical, featuring many real-world cases.
