Viktoria Shashkova earned her Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Regensburg in Germany. During her academic journey, she had the opportunity to complete international internships, including one at the German Federal Employment Agency in Brussels and another at BMW Group in Munich, where she served as an Expat HR Advisor.

She later gained experience in the financial field as a Junior Accountant, working between Munich and Bologna, and then as a Content & Quality Specialist intern at CRIF S.p.A. in Bologna. Her professional and international experiences have strengthened her skills in relationship management, organization, and financial analysis, enabling her to thrive in dynamic and global business environments.
