Silvia Todde is an experienced business process management professional with solid experience in various industries.

Her skills range from project management to Lean production and the implementation of digital systems and ISO9001 certification.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Silvia coordinated technical projects for 15 years in Italian and multinational companies, and then devoted herself passionately to business process design, enriching her knowledge with numerous courses and obtaining an EMBA at Bologna Business School.

Currently, Silvia supports small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Emilia Romagna and Northern Italy in the management and implementation of innovative and modern solutions.
