Our global food system is at a nexus, demanding a radical shift from linear, extractive models to circular, regenerative ones. The challenges are immense, but so are the opportunities for innovation. In this thought-provoking lecture, Matteo Vignoli, Associate Professor at the University of Bologna and a leading voice in food innovation, will explore the critical role of design thinking and open innovation in cultivating a sustainable and resilient food future.
