On Monday, June 23rd at 5 pm, there will be via Microsoft Teams the event The Regenerative Plate: Innovating for a Sustainable Food Future.

Our global food system is at a nexus, demanding a radical shift from linear, extractive models to circular, regenerative ones. The challenges are immense, but so are the opportunities for innovation. In this thought-provoking lecture, Matteo Vignoli, Associate Professor at the University of Bologna and a leading voice in food innovation, will explore the critical role of design thinking and open innovation in cultivating a sustainable and resilient food future.

Designing for Impact: Applying human-centered design principles to tackle complex challenges in the food system
The New Food Leader: Identifying the essential skills and mindset for spearheading transformative change in the food industry

This lecture is a call to action for the next generation of food leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. It serves as an introduction to the principles and vision behind the Executive Master’s in Food Innovation and Regeneration at the Bologna Business School, a program designed to empower professionals not just to navigate the future of food, but to shape it actively.
