The Community Commons is the vibrant heart of the new Bologna Business School Campus—a space designed to welcome and connect all members of our School: students, alumni, faculty, staff, donors, members of the Governance, and friends of BBS.
Created to foster exchange, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, the Community Commons is much more than a physical location. It is a living environment where ideas, projects, and relationships take shape, continuing the dialogue between generations, cultures, and visions of the future.
Among its spaces are the Auditorium, the Theater-Staircase, outdoor classrooms, the Canteen, and—during the summer—Amerigo | BBS, the restaurant born from a partnership with Amerigo 1934, the historic Michelin-starred trattoria in the Bolognese Apennines, renowned for its commitment to quality and the local territory.
Each week, alongside the traditional menu, a featured international dish inspired by the cultures of our students—who come from over 60 countries around the world—will be offered.
Amerigo | BBS is open every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 PM, in the scenic olive tree garden on Campus, or inside the Canteen in case of inclement weather.
Access to the Community Commons and the restaurant is reserved for members of the BBS Community, who will receive a personal membership card.
The Community Commons was created as an open home—a place to reconnect, nurture a sense of belonging, and continue the journey of growth, dialogue, and innovation that defines Bologna Business School.
To ensure a high-quality experience for everyone, we’ve defined a few simple guidelines that reflect the style and values of our School.
GUIDELINES
Dress Code
Villa Guastavillani and the new Campus are places inspired by beauty, and for this reason, we believe it is appropriate to access the restaurant in suitable attire.
In particular, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing shorts, bermuda shorts, flip-flops, sportswear, or overly casual clothing.
Reservations and Guests
Upon arrival, members who have made a reservation will be asked to show their Membership Card.
Tables are available by confirmed reservation only, by calling: +39 335 5289756.
The Membership Card is strictly personal. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the cardholders.
Members may be accompanied by up to three (3) guests per evening. The full names of all guests must be provided in advance.

Kids under 10
All children are welcome. Every evening, a dedicated table for families with children will be reserved outdoors, in a sheltered area, to ensure a pleasant and peaceful experience for everyone.
Pets
Our four-legged friends are part of the Community too.
One pet per evening is allowed, given the unique nature of the space. Please let us know about their presence when making your reservation.
