Ilaria Catalini holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Bologna. During her studies, she gained experience in the HR sector, supporting human resource management and contractual processes. After graduating, she worked in the museum sector, focusing on visitor engagement and cultural outreach.

Driven by a strong passion for education, culture, and innovation, she joined the Bologna Business School team in March 2025 as a Junior Program Manager in the Professional Masters area.
