The Executive Master in Food Innovation and Regeneration is designed to train professionals capable of driving change and innovation in the agri-food sector. The program offers a systemic view of innovation, providing practical skills to address the sector’s most urgent social and environmental challenges, with a focus on sustainability and the integration of emerging technologies.
Participants will have the opportunity to develop a mindset focused on transformative innovation, master forecasting tools, create innovative business models, and learn how to communicate disruptive innovation within their companies. The program, a collaboration between Bologna Business School and the Future Food Institute, also includes personalized mentoring with industry experts who will guide each participant throughout their professional growth.
With a hybrid format combining weekly online sessions and two in-person “Smart Weeks,” the program allows for a perfect balance between study, work, and personal life. Immersive experiences take place in the Food Valley and the Living Lab in Pollica, located in the heart of Cilento, offering direct exposure to cutting-edge realities in the agri-food sector. Additionally, there is the opportunity to participate in an optional International Boot Camp in locations such as the USA, Portugal, or Japan, to deepen the global dynamics of food innovation.
