This week is the moment of Simon Philips, Executive Vice President & General Manager, Consumer Products & Retail, Walt Disney Company EMEA.
Simon Philips is responsible for The Walt Disney Company’s licensed product, publishing, Disney Store and physical games and retail businesses across Europe Middle East & Africa. He brings to the role strong global business acumen as well as years of experience in the licensed product sector. In his previous role, as President of Marvel Entertainment International, Simon was responsible for targeting new businesses, growing and increasing penetration of Marvel’s existing businesses in Europe, Middle East & Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Mr. Philips worked with all of Marvel’s business unit leaders around the world, coordinating and overseeing growth opportunities for Marvel Entertainment outside the United States.
