Dual transformation

When Digital meets Sustainability

The dual transformation is a compelling necessity that firms around the world are envisioning, while being challenged by the implementation of the first important steps on how to run a dual process. No real blueprints are currently streamlined and standardization on one front doesn’t easily fit the dual narrative.

Nested into a solid theoretical underpinning and supported by a state of the art program, coupled with company visits, actionable insights and modern pedagogical tools, this programs exposes participants to the understanding of how transformation can occur at multiple levels of analysis. The program stems from few important considerations that will thread the nature of the narrative curated throughout the course. At first, a glance on how to leverage Technology and Digital Transformation to co-innovate in strategies, solutions, products, and services to foster economic, environmental, and social welfare. Then, the focus shifts towards the creation of empowering networks of public and private institutions, investors, researchers, experts, and entrepreneurs who aim at driving digitally empowered business models. Finally, the program will build foundations to foster multidisciplinary ecosystems at the intersection of technology and responsible innovation and drive the transition to a sustained transformation both in terms of sustainability of the strategic proposition as well as the edification of digitally sound infostructure.

This course is addressed to those business executives and policy makers who are currently experiencing the urgency to move alongside a dual path and require guidance on how to make actionable progress, while constructing successful models of dual transformation.
