The Open Program BBS4U is one of the 3 pillars in the complex initiative of Bologna Business School to support Ukrainians. In line with BBS’s mission to support the full development of people, organizations, and society through post-graduate and post-experience education, we created the program focusing both on soft and hard skills in order to ensure the smooth relocation of Ukrainian professionals into Italian business.
The open charity program for Ukrainians offers courses in the following areas:
The program will be held in remote format with online sessions on weekdays and 3 sessions on Saturdays.
Participants who attended all sessions and completed all the assessments will be issued a certificate from BBS.
The course offers to acquire the skills, both theoretical and practical, helping Ukrainian refugees to start either from scratch or to continue life-long development.
The main aim is to give Ukrainian refugees in challenging situations actual tools for development, local network, and inspiration, as well as the best practices for applying them in the current context for job search, new business opportunities, and professional growth.

The course is divided into 4 blocks:
The first phase of the course is aimed to give an overview of Italian business culture, job search process, cross-cultural differences, and some basics of regulations (business registration, taxation, etc).
A significant part of the course is dedicated to the Italian language and is aimed to train business language, including the specific vocabulary of CV, letter of presentation, interview, business correspondence, etc.
The block of elective courses dedicated to General management is targeted both at participants with managerial backgrounds and at professionals eager to develop those skills. All the courses are concrete and take into consideration local specifics.
The program will be held in a remote format with 26 online sessions on weekdays and 3 sessions on Saturdays.
The weekday sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays starting from October, 10. Each online evening session will start at 17.30 and end at 20.30.
Saturday sessions are planned for October, 15, October 29, and November 12. They will start at 9:00 and end at 13:00.
During this course you will discover strategic, organizational, and management methods for innovation development, with a focus on managing new product development within the R&D function and new projects.
Our courses are characterized by a Faculty of academics and consultants. The teaching methodology is supported by an e-learning platform in which materials and exercises will be loaded for study and in-depth study between educational sessions.
