MINICONF: dressing “small customers”

On Thursday, January 29 will take place a lecture held by mister Giovanni Basagni, president and general director of MINICONF,  dedicated to the students of the Global MBA Design, Fashion and Luxury Goods and the Master in Business Management.

MINICONF is a company specialized in children’s fashion. Giovanni Basagni founded MINICONF 40 years ago in Ortignano Raggiolo, near Arezzo. With 7,5 million items produced every year, his company is the fifth of the most productive enterprises in Italy and it is now expanding in several foreign markets, such as Eastern Europe, Russia, Japan and China.

At MINICONF, Mr. Basagni and his colleagues believe in the importance of sustainable production and conceive their history – deeply rooted in Casentino Valley – as a fundamental value.
