MGIncontri with Arianna Miscugli, Junior Global Product Manager at Ferrero

9 June 2020

The meetings ‘MGIncontri’ continues online for students of the Full-time Master in Business Management, to cultivate growth opportunities through dialogue with managers and professionals.

The calendar of meetings included a remote speech by Arianna Miscugli, Alumna of the Master in Business Management – Made in Italy, and currently Junior Global Product Manager for Ferrero.

Let’s descover the speech through the impressions of Pietro Autorino and Gaetano Pecoraro, participants of the Master.

“Arianna shared her professional career with us, which has always been linked to the territorial reality in the food sector: after the BBS Master completed in 2015, there was a period as Intern in Bahlsen, the Italian Business Unit of the large German biscuit company industrial pastry, where she then remained for almost two years as Junior Product Manager. The launching pad for a wonderful career.

Arianna told us that it all started with an unexpected phone call: the Ferrero group, looking for young and talented junior profiles, was planning a task-force to bring innovative ideas that would be used to create one of the most ambitious products of the Ferrero group: Nutella Biscuits.

With extraordinary enthusiasm, Arianna told us about the first period in the Soremartec division, where she collaborated in the development and design of Nutella Biscuits, and then took care of the product launch phase.

Despite the unusual form of the meeting, adapted to the emergency period, the class managed to acquire great lessons from the commitment and perseverance of Arianna’s path, which helped us understand what it means to go from a small working reality, like the experience in Bahlsen, to a multinational company established all over the world, such as Ferrero.

Thanks to these meetings, we have the opportunity to ‘taste’ a small portion of what the future could offer us, to become ourselves tomorrow, the leaders of change”.
