*Graduands are reminded that their attendance is merely voluntary and not mandatory; in case of failure to attend, certificates may in any case be personally collected by the student, upon exhibit of an I.D., or by someone other than the student through a written proxy including a copy of the delegating person’s I.D., from the relevant faculty office arranging time and date with the same.
BBS will use its best endeavors to keep the scheduled time, date and venue for the ceremony; however, due to circumstances beyond the immediate control of the School the event may be delayed, relocated to another venue or postponed; where any of such circumstances occur, BBS shall duly inform participants thereof and will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or costs that may be occasioned by such events.
Likewise, graduands and guests are reminded that each participant shall bear any and all risks incurred into during the course of the ceremony, and BBS shall not accept any liability for any damage ensuing to persons or property related to or resulting from the participation to the event.
In particular, in consideration of the setting of the event, in case of severe weather conditions BBS and any third party collaborators shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participants and will be deemed to have been held harmless against any liability to this regard.
