Since 1995, he is the co-founder and partner of the company Management Utilities, which activity is focused on learning tools and management simulators. Fulvio is Expert of active learning solutions applied inside a variety of BBS programs; from MBAs programs, to Executive, General Management Programs, Marketing and other specific program. All the business simulation used have been studied and designed by him; and developed by internal IT team of Management Utilities; delivered with the support of specific learning platforms such as https://www.X4Manager.com or www.Business/gol.com. Fulvio developed training programs for Universities, Schools of Management, Corporate Academies in Italy and abroad ; like at Cranfield University (associate), Politecnico Milano, Bologna University, Cattolica University (SMEA). All programs are specifically based on the huge variety of IT on-line tools. He has also created specific simulation models for private companies all around the world (between them Volkswagen, Telecom, Atlas Copco, GNV, Elica, Merloni, Media Market, Credem, Allianz, ConfCommercio, Dogane, Unicredit, and many more). He has received a degree with honors at Bocconi University; chartered accountant by Bocconi University.
He is a sports enthusiast and a national athlete. In 2023 he became the master world champion in swimming at the World Championships in Fukuoka (Japan).
