Tom Stevens is an English solicitor and American attorney, with focus upon finance, mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring and governance, tax planning, international transactions, and best practices analyses. He is the Senior Portfolio Partner and Executive-in-Residence at a NY-based investment fund focusing upon the food, agriculture and related technology sectors and a partner in a NY and Chicago based hedge fund with a high alpha generating non-correlated portfolio. He is president of the global British-American Business Council. Tom has post-graduate degrees in law, taxation and finance.
