Camilla Simeoni is Customer Base Marketing Manager for the website e-commerce yoox.com. She graduated in Mathematics in Padova, than she started her career firstly as consultant, collaborating with Accenture as Business Analyst, and in 2011 she enters in the team of YOOX GROUP. Since 2013 she is the head of Customer Base Marketing Team, responsible for activities and projects of CRM and customer insights.
This course is aimed to provide students with the theoretical and analytical tools needed to investigate the customer journey across the multiple contact points. The focus of the course will be mainly on, but not limited to, the digital channels and their integration with the offline channels in order to obtain a complete overview of the plethora of firm to customer interactions.
