Iacopo Senatori (La Spezia, 1976) is a researcher in Labor Law at the Marco Biagi Foundation of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a member of the faculty for the PhD in Labor, Development and Innovation at the very same university. He is also a member of the Advisory committee of the Labor Law Research Network. He holds a PhD in Labor Law from the University of Bologna as of 2005.  He has authored numerous publications in Italian and international journals in the field of labor law and industrial relations and was a coordinator of several international research projects of comparative nature concerning European social dialogue. His research interests are focused in particular on the collective aspects of labor relations. His more recent studies focus on coordinating transnational representation, bargaining and the legal approach of unions in innovating the content of collective bargaining, with particular reference to the subject of corporate welfare.
