Antonello Eugenio Scorcu is Professor of Economic Policy at the Department of Economics of the University of Bologna, where he teaches Macroeconomics and Economics of Culture. He was Coordinator of the Rimini Campus of the University of Bologna and Director of bachelor and master programs. He was founder and member of the Scientific Committee of the European Workshop on Applied Cultural Economics. He collaborated with the Word Bank, with the Department for information and publishing of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and other national institutions. His current research areas concern the analysis of savings choices and family portfolio choices, the analysis and forecasting of the residential mortgage market and the fine art and collectibles pricing. On these and other issues he has published in numerous international and Italian scientific journals.
