Giorgio Rusticali is an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Auditing at the University of Bologna, a Chartered Accountant and Independent Auditor with the auditing company of which he is a majority shareholder, Rusticali S.r.l.
His professional activity is highly specialised and is exclusively oriented towards accounting, auditing and internal control and corporate governance issues.
He is currently a member of the National Commission for International Accounting Standards of the National Council of Chartered Accountants.
COURSES
This course will tackle the following topics: detection and analysis of the internal control system, risk management. Auditing, reviewing budget reports, preforming legal checks on accounts. The methodological approach in reviewing accounts. Legal investigation of accounts for industrial and commercial companies. Fraud auditing.
