Raquel Guarnieri, executive coach with MCC credentials of the International Coach Federation. In 2005, she founded, with Laura Averone, EEC Italia, coaching service and training company, of which she manages the Corporate Division. She graduated in Psychology from the University of Turin, then went on to study personal development in depth, obtaining a diploma in Corporate Coaching with the Master’s at Corporate COACH U and in Executive Coaching at the Escuela Europea de Coaching España, a European center of excellence for the ontological-transformational coaching model. In 2016 she became the educational director of the ACTP program for the Bologna Business School (BBS). In 2018 she was President of the International Coach Federation Italy. She works on the implementation of change paths within organizations and managerial development and training plans, and particularly on processes to enhance the talent and growth of leaders. She oversees individual and team corporate coaching processes in the Corporate and Business areas and is responsible for training internal coaches for large organizations.
