Luca Frumento graduated with honors in 1987 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Genoa. He has been a civilian lawyer since 1990, Cassazionista since 2014. He is the owner of a Law Firm in Genoa, where he mainly works in the field of commercial agency contracts and the law of financial intermediaries. He has a continuous professional relationship with ANASF, in whose context he carries out legal advice to his associates, training and editorial activities, consultancy and assistance to the Association in relations with the Authorities. Author of publications and guides dedicated to industry regulations, speaker at conferences and courses, he carries out training activities for Financial Advisors. He collaborated with ASAM (University of the Sacred Heart of Milan) in a series of seminars on the law of financial markets. He collaborated with Il Sole 24 ore in a column of legal studies on finance and savings. He collaborates with Milano Finanza.
