Born in Pesaro, after graduating in mechanical engineering, he began his career in Snamprogetti, the ENI Group. After a brief experience in the Ariston group, in 2002 he became the Engine Production Manager at Ducati Motor Holding, where he began his experience in implementing the Toyota Production System methodologies. In 2005, after the end of the MBA at BBS, he became part of the Toyota Material Handling group, where he assumed various roles, becoming Operations Director for the Bologna plant and General Manager for the Ferrara factory. Knowledge of TPS leads him to be a parent for the parent company and sees him involved in multiple training activities held directly in Japan. The opportunity to learn from TPS senior Japanese specialists, associated with training in Japan, has allowed rapid transformation in production areas by achieving important results. He has recently joined TMHE's Toyota Academy division, with the aim of developing and coordinating the new training and consulting business unit, in charge of South Europe.
