Francesca Casadei, is Digital Strategy Manager, mainly known in the web with the name LaFra. She worked in the digital field for more than ten years, firstly in a creative agency as account, than in a company of software development. Since 2011 she has been working in MEC Italy,beginning as Head of Social Media, now she has the role of Digital Strategy Manager. She has a tatoo representing the F5 key on her nape because she thinks that being constantly updated is extremely important.
The purpose of this course is twofold: first, it provides students with insights on how to exploit social media within a digital marketing strategy by addressing the main purposes that each social medium can fulfill; secondly, it teaches students how to obtain and, especially, how to extract amd analyze relevant managerial information from online analytics.
