Paolo Bruttini is Social-analyst, trainer and organizational development consultant.
He graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna and then got a Specialization in “Group Theories and Techniques” and in “Organization and Management” at the faculty of Political Sciences. He holds a Master degree in
“Training trainers” and in Psychosocioanalysis.
Founding member and president of Forma del Tempo s.r.l. since 1996,
since 2000 he is a partner of Ariele, italian association of Psychosocioanalysis. He is an AIDP and Apaform member,
qualified management trainer EQF7 (Apaform) and Scrum Master certified (Scrum Alliance).
He works as an Organizational Development consultant, designing interventions of organizational and cultural evolution. He has lectures on Leadership, People Management, Team Work, Change management. He is also a counsellor and a coach for entrepreneurs and managers.
He is a key note speaker on the themes of Open Leadership and The Development of Open Organizations. Co-author of the Open Leadership Manifesto.
He has written several articles and books. The last volumes he edited are Capes of Good Hopes (IPSOA, 2014), Coaching: how to transform individuals and organizations (IPSOA, 2015). He has worked for large Italian and multinational companies including Allianz, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Coca-Cola, Coop, Ducati, Enel, Ferrari, Intesa Sanpaolo, L’Oreal, Emilia Romagna Region.
In BBS is a Faculty Adjunct Professor.
Passionate about ancient civilizations and cinema, with some experience of film making.
