From 1995 to the present, Senior Consultant and Partner of M&U-Management Utilities srl, a consulting and training company with new technologies. Activities carried out for numerous universities and for Italian and foreign management schools (English in particular) and for companies of the highest level and prestige. He integrates his consulting activity with web-based experiences at international level. Since 2004 he has been Associate Professor at Cranfield University (UK) wherehe is the expert in training development through management simulations. Since 2009 he has been Professor at the Catholic Universities of Milan, Cremona and Bologna. Since 2005 he’s a Faculty member of Bologna Business School, Bosch University, Festo Academy and Istud Stresa.
