Graduated in Bologna in Electronic Engineering, for over 30 years he has managed projects in different fields of application and size in Italy and abroad, in the field of Information Systems. In 2017 he founded BluPeak Consulting, a reality of training, consulting and coaching in Project and Portfolio Management and other disciplines related to organizational excellence and business transformation. Lecturer in Project Management and Innovation Models at the universities of Bologna and Parma. Author of books (Project & Process Management, una sfida organizzativa, Il linguaggio del progetto), speaker at national and international conferences.

Targets: projects are subject to risk – uncertain events – that, should they occur, may affect the carrying out or the result of the project itself, promoting or hindering it. The aim of this module is learning about the main concepts on risk and assessing the impact it has on the project activities, acquiring methods and tools for the management and training to use it as a support for the necessary decisions during the project life-cycle.
