Annachiara Scapolan is Assistant Professor of Business Administraton at the Department of Communication and Economics, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Her main research areas are the strategic management of human resources, the organization of creativity and innovation, and HRM.
She teaches Business Organization and Management of Human Resources for a undergraduate and graduate degree programs. She also carries out academic activities as part of doctoral courses and master programs. She is a member of the “”OPERA Research Unit””, a research unit specialized in the study of organizational and managerial aspects of the creative industries and innovation processes in traditional sectors, with a particular interest in social media. She received her Ph.D. in Business Economics from the University Ca ‘Foscari of Venice.
The course aims to analyze the relationship that can exist between strategy, organization, human resource management and performance, deepening the following topics: high commitment work practices; high performance work practices; coherence and complementarity in the practice of human resource management; processes of human resource management to create value; actors, instruments and indicators for measuring human resource management.HR & Organization
